DELIVERY TIMES

  • We will send your order once all the items from the order are in stock unless a multiple delivery option is chosen at the checkout whereby we can send in stock items now and the out of stock items when they arrive to us.
  • The items are sent from our warehouse in Spain.  Please note that VAT is not charged on the website for orders to the UK and so import tax will need to be paid to the transport agency. For more information on this open a contact form on the website.

Delivery times 

 

  • UK: 6-8 days
  • Ireland / Northern Ireland:   5-6 days                                
  • Other countries: Please contact us

  • Please note that orders made in the afternoon will not be sent until the following day. Orders made on friday after 11.00 won´t be sent until monday,
  • Tracking details are found on the website 24 hours after it has been sent.   Please log into your account and click "orders".  Then click on "View order" for the particular order you wish to view and a box saying "tracking details will appear"

 

Important:

  • Deliveries times don’t include weekends or holidays.  Only weekdays 09.00-18.00
  • Delivery is to street level to the front door and not inside the property or to the first floor.
  • If any of the products are not in stock,  the estimated delivery date on when it arrives to us  will be put in red next to the price: Available: 11/12/2025.
  • For special order items a special label will be put  Available to ship in: 7-11 days depending on the amount of days taken for us to recieve it from the manufacturers before sending it out to you.
  • You can get the status of your delivery by logging into your acocunt. Click "ORDERS" then "VIEW ORDER"
